Returns and Refunds

We offer a 10 Day Return Policy. All equipment are guaranteed as described or your purchase price will be refunded upon return in as-shipped condition for a full refund of the listed price.

Return Shipping will be the responsibility of the Buyer , unless the Buyer contacts us first.

Please note that we record all the serial numbers of each item that we ship.

We do not refund shipping, Handling and Packaging charges for International Orders

You must notify us of any discrepancies by email immediately upon receipt of equipment to make arrangements for the return of equipment prior to any return.

This guarantee applies to U.S shipping addresses within the lower 48 states only.

All sales or shipments to other locations will be as-is and are final.

Policy

We cannot and will not ship goods to the following Countries:

Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, UNITA (Angola), Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Burma, Croatia, Haiti, Indonesia, Kosovo, Liberia, Macedonia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Slovenia, Somalia, Syria, Vietnam, Yemen, Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire), Zimbabwe

Shipping 

All goods are shipped within 1 Business Day when payment is received. We sue  UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL at our discretion unless other prior arrangements have been made.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.

If the shipping address is unconfirmed by PayPal, you will need to pay for

insurance.

International Customers, please be advised that you are Responsible for:

a) Determining if these types of goods are allowed to be imported into your country and if required, that you have all necessary permits, Etc

b) Paying for Customs duties, taxes, Etc.
